Wine Tour Of Bordeaux And Loire Valley

A magical nine-day small group tour of world class wines of Bordeaux and Loire with Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator Randa Warren.

We will discover and explore the exceptional elegant regional wines, cuisines, cheeses and the renowned Châteaux of the sensuous Loire valley and Bordeaux. Many of the wineries we will visit only open their doors to our group due to Randa’s title of Master Sommelier.
 
Cabernet is king on our journey - from the Cabernet Sauvignons of Bordeaux to the Cabernet Franc of the Loire.  We will also experience the world's finest Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre in the Loire.  A feast for your eyes amidst the vineyards will grace us with visits to the renowned Loire valley's chateaux: Chenonceau, Cheverny and Clos de Luce.
 
Our journey will commence from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (April 29) with transportation to Bordeaux, France.  We will have lovely accommodations in Bordeaux for four nights while we are touring, sampling and eating our way through the region.
 
Once we have completed our pilgrimage to the vineyards and estates of Bordeaux, we continue north to the luxurious Loire Valley for three nights. As we migrate to the Loire with it rolling landscapes and incomparable châteaux, we will set about to taste some of the world’s finest Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc.
 
After our wine tasting journey has completed, we will travel to the City of Light, Paris, for one night.  Pre or post tours are available, examples: you can opt for a day tour through the Champagne area, shop among the haute couture or relax and soak up the Parisian atmosphere.
